President, Thomas Mezger, was most recently CFO for Valence Technology Inc, an innovative public company in the alternative energy field. During his 20+ year career at Motorola, he was a leader in a variety of financial areas, including general accounting, capital analysis, financial planning and analysis, international credit, project management, logistics, and international finance. His hands-on leadership covered markets in Asia, Japan, Middle East, China and the USA. He implemented Sarbanes-Oxley, ERP systems, restructured financial and accounting systems, and creating highly effective management reporting systems. Vice President, John Sawinski, spent over 35 years as an executive, strategic planner, customer experience expert, performance management guru, media producer and technologist, helping companies, small and large, fine-tune every aspect of their customer experience. As a patent holder, he has strong insight into forces that drive innovation to market, making OEMs successful. Having operated a wide range of customer-facing organizations in technology businesses at the executive level, he is able to bring insight into the processes by which companies acquire and manage new technology customers, and mediate post-sale risk in order to extract good sales and margin over the long-term.
